Return & Refund Policy – Zigdeal Private Limited
All products sold by www.zigdeal.com are properly checked and tested by our quality control team and are guaranteed to be genuine and in new condition.
All products are covered under a 7-day product repair/replacement policy in case the product has a verified manufacturing defect only. Refunds are not provided under any condition. The item must be returned in unused condition, in the original box, with all paperwork (including warranty documents), parts, and accessories.
“New and unused” means the item must not show scratches, marks, dents, wear, or any signs of use. The product must not be altered or modified in any way. We cannot accept returns of any item that shows evidence of use or tampering.
If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, Zigdeal reserves the right to reject the replacement request.

Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package. This helps us verify claims and ensures smooth complaint processing and fair resolution. Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
