At PCOffer, every product is carefully inspected and tested by our quality control team before dispatch. We ensure that all products sold through www.pcoffer.in are genuine and meet our quality standards.

Return & Replacement Policy

All products are covered under a 7-Day Repair/Replacement Policy for verified manufacturing defects only.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not available under any circumstances.

  • Replacement or repair requests are accepted only if the product has a verified manufacturing defect.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition with:

    • Original packaging

    • Invoice

    • Warranty card (if applicable)

    • All accessories and manuals

    • Any complimentary items included with the order

Products showing signs of physical damage, misuse, tampering, modifications, scratches, dents, missing accessories, or improper handling will not be eligible for replacement.

PCOffer reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any repair or replacement request.

Unboxing Video Requirement

Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous, clear unboxing video while opening their package.

This video helps us:

  • Verify transit damage

  • Verify missing items

  • Process replacement requests faster

  • Ensure a fair resolution

Claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect products without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement unless they have a verified manufacturing defect:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage

  • Products with physical damage after delivery

  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized persons

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Products returned after the 7-day replacement period
