When will your order arrive?

We work towards ensuring that every item in your order is shipped within 24 working hours from the date of order confirmation. However, shipping may sometimes take up to 3 or more working days during festivals, sales, public holidays, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

In such situations, there is no need for concern. Once dispatched, your order is expected to be delivered within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner timelines.

Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations or due to weather conditions, logistics delays, or regional restrictions beyond our control. Zigdeal is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or natural disruptions, but we will always assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
